…when our story began, we only had a simple wood-burning oven, a bit of equipment and a lot of passion.
Over the years, many things have changed: working alongside founder Desiderio Polo, two further generations are taking on the mantle of absorbing and passing on decades of knowledge and technological innovation, achieving widespread recognition and consistent company growth.
Tradition, experience, quality, and originality are the ingredients that brought Ceramiche Elios into the most exclusive shops in the world.
QUALITY CERAMICS
Our ceramics are unlike others; each piece is designed, modeled, manufactured, and finished by expert hands. But this is not enough: ceramic tableware cannot be just pleasing to the eye, it needs additional guarantees. Our quality is laboratory tested and, most importantly, our products are completely safe for the health of those who use them; in fact, they contain neither lead nor cadmium. The best raw materials, the best master craftsmen, a precise quality control, our decades-old experience: we tried to put all that together, to create products conveying our passion.
“ITALIAN STYLE” DESIGN
Our collections’ design is the result of many years of experience, from the original models of the ’40s and ’50s to the new objects in contemporary style, also resulting from the collaboration with artists or with valued modelers and Masters of Art. Ceramiche Elios has produced classical and baroque, as well as modern and linear pieces, inspired by continuous in-house research into innovation of our proposals. We also comply with the requests of our Customers wishing to create their own exclusive models from a design idea.
PRODUCTION
First of all, Ceramiche Elios means Ceramic tableware: large serving platters, soup tureens, table centerpieces, plates, cups, candlesticks, vases… Often all white, sometimes decorated. Our flexibility allows us to process both large and small orders, through manufacturing processes sometimes carried out entirely by hand, in order to preserve the added values of traditional craftsmanship.
On request, our Artists and Designers can also implement customized product series.
